• Veteran Application Form: Full name, email address, branch of service, years of service, and any optional message you choose to share.
• Sponsor Inquiry Form: Name, company name, email address, tier interest, and optional message.

We do not collect payment information, health records, or any data you do not explicitly provide.

We also collect basic technical data automatically through our hosting provider (Netlify), including IP addresses and page visit data, for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through our forms is used solely to:

• Respond to your veteran program application or sponsor inquiry
• Communicate with you about the program you expressed interest in
• Improve our intake and onboarding process

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Store Your Data

Form submissions are stored securely via Netlify Forms, which processes and stores form data in accordance with Netlify's own privacy and security standards. You can review Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Email notifications are sent to our team via Netlify's notification system. Submission data is retained only as long as necessary to process your inquiry or application.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw any consent you have given
